When you think of comparison, what do you think of? I think of comparing myself (and my progress) to others.

In Episode 14, Whitney English shares her idea for not worrying about comparison, she puts blinders on and doesn’t look at what others are doing, she just focuses on what she can control and that’s creating! She emphasized the importance of not second-guessing herself and her abilities.

Avoiding comparison is not always possible, however, it might be important to remember that you are at a different stage than everyone else, so it is not fair to compare your abilities and achievements against others. When you make yourself the focus and recognize what your strengths are it is easy to set personal goals in moving forward.
