In this episode I'm so happy to welcome you to Season 12 of the Sharing Passion and Purpose Podcast! This one is just you and me, kicking off a brand new season together. It's January, and I'm doing what so many of us are doing right now — reflecting on the past year and getting intentional about how I want 2026 to go.
I get a little raw and vulnerable about the growth I experienced this past year. I invested in myself by hiring a coach and joining a mastermind of incredible women, and that work grew my confidence, my trajectory, and my willingness to be vulnerable in ways I didn't even anticipate. Out of that experience I started hosting monthly women's community-building events, launched a small inner circle, hosted a retreat, and went through a full rebrand — right down to the colors, the photos, and a new website.
I also share my word of the year — expand — and a few of the personal ways I want to grow, from getting back into golf with my husband to reading the Bible in a year. And I'm letting you in on something new for this season: I'll be asking every guest how they're expanding in their own lives, personally or professionally.
